Oversee and manage staff and consultant/vendor managementEstablish best practice software application implementation methodology and processes.Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers on technical and non-technical matters and perform continuous process improvement to all implementation activities.Assess project issues and develop resolution to meet productivity, financial, quality and client-satisfaction goals. Perform analysis of, and makes recommendations for the improvement of existing information systems and performs ongoing reviews of new technologies and industry standards and assesses the feasibility of their potential deployment within the organization. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Oakland Service Center, ensuring that all material is picked up and delivered from/to area accounts. Hire, train, develop, evaluate, discipline and direct Service Center personnel.Ensure security of Service Center operation as directed by federal regulations and corporate policy.Work with Sales management to promote sales growth. Participate in joint operations/sales customer calls.Prepare and submit budget plans as required. Analyze, monitor P&L, control and authorize all expenses to meet target and budgeted expenses.Monitor and analyze all aspects of the service center operation to ensure optimum productivity and resource utilizationAssist and oversee operations and productivity of additional branch locations within the service area.Monitor and evaluate service center personnel training and certification ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and corporate policy.Present oral and written reports on Service Center activity to Field and Corporate management.
