My 24.5 year career includes over $100 million in projects. I've played a crucial role in the decision making on these successful projects from initial idea to completion. I understand the importance of quick decisions during a project to maintain the timeline and yet stay with in budget. My role currently , I've worked on various committees that guide the district to future needs. I've helped guide 2 new building projects along with 2 HVAC projects and numerous remodel projects with some being as small as carpet replacement in classrooms. I've worked with numerous agencies throughout my career including but not limited to IEA with abatement projects, Olmsted County building officials, State Fire Marshal, MDE, DNR MPCA and many others. I find managing projects can be a lot of work with many hours but to see the end results is exciting. I have worked closely with Architects and Construction Managers with a goal of completing projects on time and with in the allowed budget. I've worked closely with many vendors and contractors as well.
