The flagship project for ICPH is conversion of the former headquarters of ExxonMobil - a 117 acre, 1.2 million square foot site located on the Washington belt way - into a world leading center for personalized health.

Acquired Imidio in November, 2005 to add real-time(telephony) collaboration. .Major new clients: Centers for Disease Control, National Institutes of Health, American Express, Verizon, Wellington Management, Starwood, BASF, etc. Grew core clients: including Shell, Rio Tinto, T-Mobile and Siemens. Doubled sales in two years and reached break-even with more than 200 enterprise and government customers and almost 1 million users. Developed and introduced completely re-written and envisioned collaborative code base –ICEcore – offered in an open-source format. Successful financial exit through acquisition by Novell for almost 5X revenue in February, 2008

Business Development Duties: Development of proprietary technologies, including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, spin-outs, licensing arrangements. Assisted in development of homeland security solutions for state and local market. Marketing Duties: Major Group procurements: CECOM Night Vision Labs, public health IT infrastructure bids, Salt Lake City Olympics, LA Schools IT Maintenance Contract and many others. Corporate Contact Center Marketing Group; Coordinator of all business units in SAIC/Telcordia for creation and marketing of $70 million in company call center products. Division Manager, Collaboration Solutions/HUBS Division; Applications developed and marketed include distance learning, tele-medicine, and VPN applications for national defense (ballistic missile defense) landing more than $45 million in funding from the Department of Education, DARPA, US Army, US Navy and the National Science Foundation. Transformed the division into a developer of advanced collaboration portals.. Customers included NAVAIR, Missile Defense Command, Milwaukee Public Schools, and Halliburton.
