I finished my first education in IT System and Network Management in 2019 just before the pandemic. After the lockdown I took some CCNA courses from Cisco trough the education programma of the VDAB which I finished in 2023. In the summer of 2023 I moved to Greece to work a couple of months with Teleperformance before returning to Belgium in september. In october I was hired by Introlution where is still work this day as Customer support and Internal IT Support. I am already planning to broaden my knowledge within IT by taking more courses in the future.
