Though I am blind, my studies focused on Networking and Telecommunications. My classes included Python programming, Statistics, Science of Sociology, Operations Management, Project Management, Accounting, Systems Analysis and Design, Databases, Web App Development and E-commerce.I began dabbling in web design in the mid 90s and have studied HTML 5, Javascript, and CSS. I have experience with remote access and administration with both BaSH and zSH command line interfaces (CLI), and network analysis also utilizing CLI tools such as TShark (a CLI for WireShark). Now that I have graduated, I hope to get my foot in the door in the IT industry and eventually gain a position as a Network Systems Administrator, regardless of my blindness! 😎
