Allerton Apartments

Operated a 200 unit apartment complex in 12 different buildings. Managed all aspects of the complex from lease signings to lease terminated and evictions to conducting wellness checks and mediation between neighbors and roommates. Hired and supervisors office staff and a Resident Manager staff for each grouping of buildings.We decided to close the apartments and did so in a three phase process over three years.
