Worked with Franchise Support Personnel in identifying and purchasing 2+ acres of commercial land to house the school. Interviewed and negotiated budgets with multiple General Contractors before selection and construction of the 10,000+ square foot facility. Supervised a school staff of 35 employees, including interviewing, hiring, staff development/training and daily administration of the business. Created and managed an annual budget which consistently delivered above average profitability. Managed cash flow analysis for 120+ country/city clubs and resorts owned and operated by Club Corporation. Managed a portfolio of short-term, Commercial Paper investments with third party broker. Managed miscellaneous, personal investments for company founder and chairman.

Originally hired as a Cash Handling Auditor to assist in curbing of suspected theft and mishandling of store cash at the 120+ unit Wyatt's Cafeteria chain of restaurants. Promoted to Director of Finance upon the company's filing of Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization by a group led by Oppenheimer Bank after purchasing the company's outstanding debt for $8mm. Worked extensively with Price Waterhouse Consulting and several law firms in turning around the reorganization plan in 90 days, which closed 40+ unprofitable locations and gave the company positive cash flow for the first time in a decade. Ultimately dissolved the company in an asset sale to Luby's Cafeteria in August, 1996 for over $20mm. Acted as Executive Management's key administrator in finalizing the asset sale and winding down the administration of the corporate office in the fall of 1996.
