Brian C. Hercule joined the Shea Law Group in March 2010 and concentrates on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation and Illinois worker's compensation cases. Before joining SHEA LAW GROUP, he worked for a worker’s compensation firm in Chicago.Mr. Hercule earned his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University with a concentration in civil litigation skills. While in law school Mr. Hercule earned an Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 license and interned with the Illinois State’s Attorney, allowing him to practice law under the supervision of a licensed attorney. He also participated in Moot Court, Trial Advocacy, Counseling and interned at Saint Louis University’s Legal Aid Clinic. Mr. Hercule was a pre-law scholar at Saint Louis University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Spanish.Mr. Hercule prides himself on his community service involvement. For many years he volunteered regularly through Catholic Charities at St. Sylvester’s Homeless Shelter in the Logan Square community. In college, Mr. Hercule was the Philanthropy Chair of Beta Theta Pi fraternity and was actively involved in Micah House, a service-learning program.
