We ran our own jobs start to finish; ordering our components, scheduling departments within the company or scheduling outside services such as heat treating, wire EDM, polishing, engraving, etc. The component and die set work we could do depending on the timeline. The fit and finish of the tooling we did all ourselves. Deadlines were strictly adhered to and job costing was closely watched.
