Graduated from Curtin University (Perth, Australia) 1991 with a degree in Chemistry, specialising in paint chemistry. Went on to work as an Industrial Chemist for an international paint company before relocating to the UK. Worked for small industrial paint companies as a Production Chemist before joining Spies Hecker UK as an Industrial Sales Representative, and quickly moved into the automotive sector as National Sales Executive, then Regional Sales Manager.
