My role was to help Alco achieve growth through strategic pricing. I was responsible for accurately developing a manufacturing cost and selling price for over $100M worth of quoted business annually. I developed relationships with key customers and handled all incoming RFQs and pricing discussions. During my tenure I successfully redesigned the internal workflow for pricing by developing a streamlined, more efficient system that improved cost accuracy and customer response times. I also single-handedly configured and launched Salesforce CRM for the corporate sales team, and performed as company-wide Salesforce administrator on an ongoing basis. This was a significant undertaking and required extensive planning, research, and execution including developing and implementing new systems and procedural workflows tailored to Alco's unique sales environment.

Responsible for developing relationships at key target companies and generating sales revenue, primarily in the hydraulic hose market.

->Developed and leveraged relationships with supply chain and engineering personnel at leading OEMs within a 6-state territory, successfully growing revenue and profit in my assigned area by over 21% during the course of my tenure.->Traveled on-site to uncover needs for non-standard, special-application fluid power components, collaborating with engineering personnel to solve challenges in the new product design process by presenting design solutions from Fluid Line's own in-house design engineering department.->Responsible for all aspects of territory management, including quarterly and annual revenue and profit goals, account management, customer service, administrative functions, project management, and travel planning.

->Responsible for selling digital forensic investigative services to a wide variety of clients including attorneys, corporate clients, and other qualified individuals. Services included IP theft, background checks, legal disputes involving information on electronic devices, server/data recovery, infidelity investigations, cyber security, and online harrassment/stalking investigations. ->Identified additional sales and revenue opportunities throughout the investigative process, working with clients on an individual basis to ensure satisfactory results. ->Managed a caseload of 50-75 active investigations at any given time in addition to selling new service.

->Responsible for all aspects of retail store location, including sales and growth targets, staffing, financial accounting, inventory management, and customer service.
