Business Machines categories consisted of Printers, All-in -Ones, Printer ink and Toner, Calculators, Telephones and new product launches. o Achievements include increased turn by 55 basis points, while improving customer in-stock to 98+ % from 93% and reducing excess and obsolete inventory by $40m. • Re-structured organization to synchronize demand planning and inventory management resulting in an engaged and motivated team which provided solutions and consistent positive results. The team was recognized numerous times for successful product launches.• Established new processes, controls and reporting to improve replenishment decisions, simplifying tasks and improved visibility to issues. Specifically, development and enhancement of inventory reporting, assortment analysis, direct product profitability modeling, vendor performance analysis, micro planning, distribution center and store allocation and deployment processes.
