Leadership abilities include developing successful training mentoring plans to identify and train future leaders or managers. Strengths identifying team motivational factors, exploiting employee weaknesses and developing coaching models to improve output and more successful employee production; creating an environment that each member has a part in the success and accomplishments to complete missions/projects and daily activities. As a trainer of multiple courses, I have been able to develop multiple strategies to implement course outcomes, including varied teaching platforms and instruction techniques.Considered a subject matter expert with intelligence link analysis including case management and developing analytical solutions with multiple course of actions for senior leadership and battlefield commanders. Selected to provide support in developing case management software and its implementation. Capabilities included identifying gaps, enemy courses of actions, risks and security flaws with developed mitigation and sustainability solutions. Received numerous awards during my intelligence career for analysis and joint service operations. Intelligence background has developed skill sets in cyber fraud investigations, utilizing analytical and investigative skills gained from the military, to become a consistent and successful cyber investigator.
