Hi, I'm Brian. Here's a bit about my background and I look forward to connecting with you on LinkedIn.𝐒𝐊𝐘'𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓 🚀I'm a Northern California native, where a family of engineers ignited my passion for problem-solving. Growing up, I delved into puzzles, Legos, and tinkering with gadgets. My fascination with military aircraft and spacecraft steered me toward my dreams of becoming a pilot. However, due to partial color blindness, I charted a course in aerospace engineering.𝐀𝐄𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 🛫After graduation, my journey led me to work as a UAV Flight Test Engineer with the Air Force, followed by a Structures Engineer for the Navy's F/A-18 program. While working I earned a master’s in Systems Engineering and advanced to a more strategic role on the aircraft production line, where I honed my skills in collaborating with various stakeholders and enjoyed hands-on experience with the remarkable aircraft.𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐎 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 💻In 2017, I pivoted from the Department of Defense to a nimble aerospace startup, joining as its 6th employee. As I embraced a project management role, I rapidly adapted to new tech and drove strategic growth. Thriving in a fast-paced setting, I led account and program strategies, reporting to company owners. Notably, I achieved 25% YoY margin growth for a key MLB client, adeptly handling intricate travel logistics and data processing for LiDAR acquisition from 30 stadiums in just three months. Our impressive team's 35% YoY revenue boosts for three consecutive years culminated in a successful 2020 merger.𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 📊Following a merger in 2020, I became a director, leading an enterprise project management office (PMO) overseeing a $25M global portfolio. I guided a team in delivering innovative aerial solutions, implementing processes that improved cost accuracy and margins by over 10%. I'm dedicated to my team's growth, holding a PMP certification and emphasizing training and development.𝐋𝐄𝐓'𝐒 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓 🤝Beyond work, I relish spending quality time with my wife, two daughters, and two dogs around sunny San Diego. You'll also find me engaged in DIY projects around our home. My passion for DIY projects keeps me engaged in improving our home. My passion for DIY projects and cooking new things keeps me engaged in improving our home. If you're on the lookout for a dynamic project leader adept at bridging the gaps between strategy, operations, and execution, let's connect on LinkedIn.Thanks for reading my story,Brian
