Manage of team of 6 Strategy Analysts and 4 Pricing Analysts with global responsibility for determining appropriate pricing levels for all American Airlines Cargo products. The team forumulates both short and long term pricing strategies to support the annual revenue plan approaching 1 Billion USD.

As a member of the EMEA Alliance Finance Group, primary responsibility has been negotiating and implementing the Joint Business Agreement with British Airways and Iberia. Partnered with British Airways & Iberia to developing and implement the revenue share model that will account for and distribute billions of dollars in revenues between the three companies

• Responsible for determining published, market, and customer specific rates for all countries in Europe currently served by the AA Cargo network. • Implemented multiple country level rate revisions and pricing strategies designed to maximize revenue contribution while also increasing the competitive position for each AA Cargo product. • Took a leading role in Cargo RM benchmarking study that researched the organizational structure and philosophies of industry participants. The study findings are being used as one data point to examine the current RM organizational structures as well as alternate org structures that may considered in the future.

•Performed Requirements Definition for Joint Strike Fighter Support Equipment based upon aircraft performance parameters and interfaces, legacy systems, customer input, lessons learned, life cycle cost and Best Value metrics. •Requirements definition necessitated coordination amongst multiple IPT’s including designers, product managers, reliability engineers and maintenance planning personnel.•Managed several Support Equipment Technical Documentation (SETD) packages through requirements definition, candidate selection and procurement.•Extensive experience briefing the government’s customer team on the status of all SETD’s at various stages of the requirements/procurement phases of our program.•Participated in several JSF Trade Studies, Process Creation Sessions, Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Technical Interface Meetings, and product demonstrations for the customer.
