Current• Developed and administered the National Cyber Platform (NCP) Mission Area 2 (MA2) five year growth plan on a continuous, agile planning cadence. • Provided analytical support and recommendations for capital management decisions, strategic M&A transactions, and portfolio optimization projects. • Performed strategic assessments of MA2 financial plans, markets, competitors, and pipeline to support the development and shaping of the MA2 multi-year investment portfolio in alignment with the NCP strategy. • Defined, developed, and evolved offensive cyber service offerings across the DoD and Intelligence community to include: Discovery/Target Development, ISR/C-ISR, Access Development, Exploit, and BDA. • Led key National Cyber market strategies to include PARASOL (Integration of Cyber, Space, and SOF), key contributor to INDOPACOM Joint Fires Strategy and Space Platform Strategy and drove DoD S&T non-traditional revenue efforts (offensive cyber productized solution development). • Served as the NCP liaison to the Defense Classified Business Operations (DCBO) group responsible for market tracking of highly classified cyber programs across Booz Allen. • Joint Combatant Command (JCC) Account Cyber Functional Capability Team (FCT) leader responsible for development and implementation for cyber functional engagement, capability enhancement, staff upskilling, cyber opportunity tracking and capture and delivery of cyber jobs across 28 subaccounts across JCC HQ (DISA, OSG, Joint Staff, and PAR), Fourth Estate and Installations (DFAS, DLA, DTRA, etc.), and OPS/C4ISR (DoD Combatant Commands). • Primary market lead for Navy, Marine Corps, USSOCOM, OUSD A&S, and DoD S&T community and functioning as the Vice President / Officer in Charge. Reconstituted Booz Allen SOF Cyber market, resulting in over 100% YOY growth in FY24. • Strongly managed team billability at over 98% • Led capture on over $2.1B in cyber proposals across FEDSIM, GSA, and NIWC-LANT.
