After the first week I was asked if I wanted to work there while studying as I had shown great promise for taking action and handling myself as well as great knowledge in the operating systems and programs they used.The work was wide-ranging and amongst other things I performed the following tasks:• Hardware upgrades on PCs• Software upgrades on Windows, network and drivers• Bulk-prepared PCs with network adapters, Windows, programs and drivers and installed them while their users wasn't there• Troubleshooted any problems concerning Windows, drivers, programs and printing.
