About Brian Horning

After 21 years of honorable service on active duty in the United States Coast Guard, I am transitioning to the civilian sector. My career as a law enforcement professional has progressed from basic boarding team member in 2003, to Sector Boarding Team Leader through 2022. Throughout my career I have been deployed with specialized forces teams, served as Chief of Police, instructed at the Maritime Law Enforcement Academy, and worked as a District Law Enforcement Duty Officer. I am seeking to continue my career as an instructor focused on specialized training.
