Since leaving Ingersoll, I have been involved in a number of different endeavors with human resources consulting, focusing on health care cost reduction being the primary business. However, six years ago, I started a small insurance business here in Florida which expanded quite nicely. I sold the business to Heffernan Insurance Brokers headquartered in San Francisco and agreed to join them as a major client producer in St Louis. Subsequently, returning to Florida in 2010, I restarted my insurance business which continues to date.Specialties: Union negotiations and union avoidance, creative problem solving, health care cost reduction, employee relations, compensation and benefits, manufacturing expertise, recruiting( all levels and especially technical ) organizational development, etc.From an insurance standpoint, I have a full brokers business with Life, health, and Annuities and will be expanding my license to include P&C, and Workers Compensation with a countrywide scope.
