Brian possesses vast experience in the successful disposition of a wide breadth of multi-family assets, including: existing conventional properties, student housing, affordable communities, and multi-family development sites throughout the region. Brian has led, or been meaningfully involved in, the analysis and disposition of over $1B in assets and 10,000+ units.Prior to joining Capstone, Brian worked for a nationally recognized commercial real estate brokerage firm where he assisted clients in the acquisition and disposition of industrial, office, retail, and multi-family assets. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and is an active member in numerous real estate organizations within his region.
