In the last 25 years within the Oil and Gas world I have been on the team that has brought in triple digit growth, seen revenues far exceed expectations and watch bottom lines hit all time records. Over the last eight years I have switched my career from being a service provider to the Oil and Gas world to being a major supplier representing 40% of clients cost of goods. My role as President / CEO is to turn ideas into reality through building facilities, doing mergers and selling to the open market. The biggest change in doing business today is how the service is provided. Today, you just can't be the manufacturer of the product or the provider of a service ... you need to move down the supply chain and provide a turn key operation that runs from "cradle to grave". The development of logistics, tracking and distribution is critical to the success of the company and the client being served.Markets of present are based on how to build for the future and to sustain the present. As capital becomes tighter the ability to show growth through enhanced utilization of current assets is the key for higher than expected returns. The Oil and Gas Market is very strong however, those of us that have seen the trends over the years realize we need to enjoy the benefits of today but, protect the future.Without question my benefit to the team is in the board room where deals, relationships and success can be established both short and long term. Throughout my career Business Development, Procurement, Marketing, Manufacturing and Operations have been key roles.For 2018, our internal growth will move forward at a pace that allows profit to be realized and shared amongst the believers. Over the years I have been fortunate to have many believers in my camp and as such 2018 will be the year of the pay back. Not sure where we will finish the year in revenue but do expect the one billion dollar mark within 24 months. Stay tuned as 2018 is finally our year.
