With over five years of experience in transportation and 3 years in delivering mobile medical units, I am a Lead Driver at DriverSource, Inc., a company that provides professional truck drivers and staffing solutions to the transportation industry. As a Lead Driver, I oversee the delivery and set up of mobile medical clinics, for clinical research, in various locations across the country. I also train and mentor new drivers, coordinate schedules and routes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Mary Baldwin University, and I am passionate about providing our customers with quality customer service. I have developed strong skills in team building, leadership development, and event planning, which enable me to lead and support my team effectively and efficiently.
