Hi there! One of the greatest satisfactions I can experience is knowing I helped someone grow and learn. On a never-ending mission to master my craft, I have worked as a fitness professional for almost 5 years at several private and public fitness facilities while simultaneously earning my Bachelor's and then Master's degrees in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. As a devoted mountain biker and snowboarder, I hope to use my extensive knowledge about optimizing human athleticism as a performance coach training Downhill and Enduro Mountain bike athletes at the World Cup level. I currently hold the NSCA CSCS and ACE CPT training designations, and I plan to earn the Level 1 USAW and Level 3 USA Cycling Coach certifications within the next year, as well as graduate with my Master's degree in Fall 2020. I have ample experience coaching and managing people of all ages, experiences and backgrounds which I do on a daily basis as a coach at Trailhead Athletics and as a Graduate Assistant at the Student Recreation Center at WWU. I also have a fair amount of experience working with youth and adult mountain bikers as an assistant skills coach for Intrinsic Flow Mountain Bike Guiding.
