Responsible for successful management of HotSchedule’s real estate portfolio and capital assets. Provides direction, leadership and oversight to the Executive Leadership Team, including but not limited to facility and construction management, corporate real estate management, procurement and asset management, and corporate safety. Ensures facilities are maintained at the highest levels while remaining in compliance with local and state building codes, OSHA, ADA and other applicable laws and regulations.

Responsible for planning, directing and oversight of building operations and services for the Austin, TX Manufacturing Facility. Responsible for planning and delivery of internal and external resources & services to provide 1) facility capital projects (large moves/adds/changes, renovations & build outs, space planning, furniture acquisition & delivery, decommissions etc.) and 2) through direct reports, routine and as-needed facility management services (reception/mail, routine maintenance & repair, security card management, vendor management, building operations interface, emergency response etc.) in DE’s primary office facilities in North America.

Primary responsibility of coordinating internal and external business partners & resources to provide services for a portfolio of North American facilities while managing a workforce of up to five professionals (employee & contractor). Daily involvement in the coordination of Landlord Services, Business partner performance oversight, Manage Operating & Capital expense budgets, while adhering to established process and key performance indicators of the company’s Real Estate standards & metrics to occupancy, management of outsourced service providers, administrative services and facilities staff along with Health, Safety, Security and Business Continuity program management.

Served in a First Responder capacity to both fire and medical emergencies. Duties include firefighting, Hazardous Materials mitigation, rescue, public relations, fire prevention education, provision of care for patients, medications administration and provide treatments to those in need.

Responsible for the daily building operations for approximately fifty-two North American locations thru the management of a geographically diverse workforce of up to 18 professionals (employee & contractor). Routine involvement in Property Management Services, Operating and Capital budgets management and financial performance tracking. Created facility standards & performance metrics to space design, operation and occupancy. Daily interaction with management across all levels of the organization to determine needs of the individual business groups. Ownership of the company’s environmental, health, safety, emergency management and physical security programs.

Ensured client satisfaction through hands-on involvement in the day-to-day operations in the market spanning from San Antonio to Temple, Texas. Experience with industry regulation compliance and directing all phases of the branch operations. Conducted regular site inspections, while meeting regularly with clients and counseling staff to improve service levels. Managed a staff of 20 direct reports and approximately 150 indirect reports.
