Managed all GCP/CETS ELINT Mission Supervisor (EMS), TA and SA activities of weapons and tactics flight at Air Combat Command's $1 Billion Distributed Ground Station-2 (DGS-2), a core site in the AF DCGS. Designed and refined operations concepts through the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Managed 13 IS' participation in local test flights and exercises, and developed operational and training objectives. As designated Subject Matter Expert, provided oversight to all squadron operations and advised the operations officer on weapon system employment and mission improvements. Attended ISR Operations Tactics Conferences and acted as squadron liaison to external agencies.
