Born and raised in New Zealand migrated to USA in 1969. Was sponsored into the county by a Colorado Home builder. After 5 years started his own Home building company. Moved to Alliance Nebraska to build houses for Burlington Northern Railroad. When the coal rush died relocated to Phoenix in the early 80’s. Joined Roadrunner Homes which later became Lexington Homes as Offsite project manager. In the late 80’s saw an opportunity for the first Offsite Construction Management company in the Metro Phoenix arena. In the ensuing years Silver Fern (New Zealand’s National Emblem) grew into the largest and most successful Offsite Management company in the Valley. 2014 retired and turned the company over to his employees. In that time the company had managed over 30,000 building sites and over $750,000.00 in construction managed. 2015 joined Eldridge Construction Management Inc.
