I scouted local cities to find good locations for new supermarkets, managed existing lease matters and nenogiated with landlords, developers and municipalities to find the best terms for our company in connection with its real estate holdings.

I helped develop a multi-million dollar portfolio of office and industrial properties in Orange County and the Inland Empire, managed existing properties, engaged in negotiations with developers, brokers, local officials and tenants to maximize the retrun on our portfolio.
