These fundamentals were first developed in a near 10 year period at Toyota Australia were the skills and disciplines of continuous improvement and lean methodology were learnt and imbedded on a daily basis. These attributes were then further refined and expanded upon with experience in commercial and senior leadership accountability, customer 1st focus, stakeholder negotiations and strategic management being a key requirement over a subsequent 10 year period as part of the senior leadership team of Patrick Autocare (part of the top 50 ASX listed Patrick Corporation/Asciano Group). These prior experiences provided the platform for a role as the Chief Operating Officer for Capital SMART Australia, a role which was embarked upon from March 2016 in this market and Industry leading business, and then eventually into the position of Chief Operating Officer for PrixCar Services back in the field of finished vehicle Automotive Logistics. A "make it happen" approach is the cornerstone of all business dealings and interactions undertaken, with a pursuit of sustained value creation for all stakeholders being the targeted outcome with every opportunity embarked upon.
