Key responsibilities include- AME resource planning & development- AME project execution for all new seating programs in region- Development, training and application of AME standards, tools and templates- Process standards including layout, assembly process and process control standards- Equipment standards, uptime, cost and supplier management for region- Equipment standardization and cost optimization for global JIT seating including Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific and China- Leadership of the Pilot Plant for design validation builds and process validation- Capital planning for Americas region ($40-50MM annual)- Quote for new and replacement seating business in the region- Footprint strategy and restructuring project development and support.
