I currently oversee and direct all the day-to-day operations including staff, budget, building maintenance/upkeep, and sustaining safe and efficient operations. I practice and model continual improvement across all maintenance operations and personnel in order to exceed departmental objectives. I regularly perform thorough, preventative building repairs and maintenance evaluations. I troubleshoot and diagnose issues as they arise including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic. I also manage projects end-to-end, defining scope, gathering estimates, and selecting/coordinating vendors and contractors. Finally, I plan and organize all work documents utilizing CMMS software. ♦ Annexed and evaluated poorly managed Tram project encompassing construction of 63 new trailers and 20 new power units. I oversaw all Dive and Rope Access programs, securing all equipment inspections and ensuring full compliance with all up-to-date standards and regulations.
