Key Accomplishments:- Led the strategy, execution and implementation of operational / technology enhancements, regulatory reporting, and customer remediation on the largest settlements in Consumer Finance history, including: Mortgage Bank Securitization Litigation * National Mortgage Settlement * The Office of the Controller of the Currency (OCC) Consent Order * Department of Justice / HUD Settlement * US Bankruptcy Settlement- Led successful and timely implementation of Dodd Frank requirements across 3 Lines of Business- Managed the Treasury and Security Services Merger Integrations, including customizing plans to manage the integration of JPMC’s 25 largest clients, and negotiating the resolution of decisions impacting 25,000+ clients and 45,000 employees world-wide- Served as client and implementation executive for the largest credit card implementation in JPMC's history (United States, Government Services Association: 40+ agencies, 150,000+ card holders)- Standardized and operationalized remediation efforts for all Mortgage Bank customers, resulting in a 90 day turnaround from issue identification to completion (300% reduction in turn- around time)- Reorganized and upgraded talent of 75 member program team to support a 5 year, $88MM technology investment program- Reduced TS core cash and liquidity implementation cycle times by an average of 10% in less than 12 months- Led multinational team to define Global Corporate Bank in country operations and on-boarding models for Large Corporate Clients - Led team to respond to OCC request to improve Corporate Fair Lending Analytics process, recognized as best in class and adopted as firm-wide standard.
