30 yrs of experience treating a wide variety of sports injuries(tennis,squash,volley,swim bike run, contact sports), accident(vehicle,workplace etc)injuries, cronic pain(sciatica,lumbago,shoulder,neck,back,knee,ankle,etc)I have been fortunate to build my career in Barcelona,Spain. During this time i have met and treated a wide spectrum of people. Tennis Players from Elite to Seniors(10 yrs working with the Spanish Seniors Federation) and in 2009 in Mallorca,Spain at the ITF WORLD SENIORS CHAMPIONSHIPS. Beach VolleyBall Players,Elite Triathletes, and your everyday sports person amongst whom i classify myself(Triathlon) Most of my clients came from the Barcelona area but many were international from Russia,Holland,Germany,Italy,UK and other parts of Europe. As well as English i speak Spanish and German(very rusty)My studies started with a Holistic Massage Course in England. Then i moved to Spain where i met my Guru who intriduced me to the World of Manual Therapies. Since then i have been continuously studying,absorbing various techniques and applying them to my repetoir to help my clients have a quick recovery. I try to aleviate pain or control the injury in the shortest number of sessions as possible. During all this time i haven’t forgotten my base which is Massage and i pride myself on doing an Holustic Approach be it during a Relaxing, Deep Muscle or Sports MassageDuring my time with you i like to explain what i’m doing and also explain self help routines to help you on the road to recovery.
