Brian Jarrard is a well-respected attorney and advocate who has represented hundreds of clients in complex legal disputes. Brian has 16+ years experience as a civil and criminal law litigator, handling many high-stakes legal matters to successful conclusions on behalf of his clients. Brian graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1996, where he was a Bell Honors Scholar. He then obtained his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was Chairman of the Mock Trial Program, a member of the Moot Court Board, a member of the Order of Barristers, and Articles Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. He handles civil and criminal cases throughout the state of Georgia. Brian is managing attorney of the firm, a Master in the William Augustus Bootle Inn of Court, a Board Member of the Federal Defenders of the Middle District of Georgia, Inc., and a member of the Federal and Georgia Bars as well as the Macon Bar Association.Brian’s legal career prior to opening his own firm included years of experience as an insurance defense lawyer and business and probate litigator at one of Macon’s oldest and largest law firms. Brian also oversaw the Federal Defenders of the Middle District of Georgia, Inc., where he handled and managed the defense of hundreds of federal criminal defense cases in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.Brian is passionate about the practice of law and obtaining the best outcome for every client of the firm.
