Provide leadership for the operations activities of a transfer station by providing oversite to Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators, Scale House Operators, and Laborers. Manage staff, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management; develop supervisory goals and objectives; and effective resolution of safety issues and claims.
