Overall objective:Manage the Global API Production Planning in a 24 months horizon for all LEO API production sites. Lead and drive the Global API planning and execution processes.Role tasks:• Maintain the global API S&OP Plans• Prepare and facilitates monthly Supply Review meetings (S&OP meetings) with API sites• Define the tactical supply chain parameters such as minimum stock balances, capacity utilisation targets and volume output levels for planning• Create supply network plan, run leveling and do capacity analyses in the S&OP horizon• Ensure handover of production plan to detailed scheduling planner as required• Conduct supply risk monitoring and initiation of actions to solve supply issues• Create What-If analysis and scenario planning• Maintain reports for S&OP reporting including S&OP Dashboard. KPI’s and Scenario presentation• Maintain Global API Planning master data• Drive the global API planning process to be in SAP APO.• Continuously develop the Global API planning process and tools according to industry best practices• Manage or participate in projects related to Global API Planning and API Production Execution - process and system• Support PP/DS planners in the daily challenges when needed. Point of contact and prepare inputs & facilitate commercial alignment meetings for 3-4 business units (10-15 regional managers & business unit directors) covering approx. 50 markets from New Zealand & S. Korea to Africa & Middle East and Latin America. Participate and deliver inputs to both Central Supply Chain demand reviews as well as S&OP meetings with breweries. Developing baseline forecast & follow up on the forecast vs. sale based on different KPIs. Support new business' in launch period to secure products in time as well as setting up process to ensure a smoother cooperation. Implementing new packaging and new products for the 3-4 Business Units. Participate in small projects as well as bigger Group projects.

Started in a new established position in a new sourcing function at Export, License & Duty Free department. I formed the role and what tasks there should be in this function as well as developed process for these tasks.Responsible for portfolio (approx. 350-380 SKUs) analysis and setting up guidelines to ensure a healthy and profitable export portfolio. Responsible for the design implementation process and budget. Supporting business units in artwork development and implementation (approx. 100-120 implementations a year).

Making forecast together with Brand Managers and Key Accounts Managers for approx. 300 SKUs. Doing inventory reconciliation on both normal medicine as well as hard drugs. Point of contact for 6 different plants primarily in Europe. Part of a warehouse movement from a 3rd party supply to an in-house solution. Did standard operation procedure descriptions on the order to cash flow & inventory reconciliation for internal audit purpose.
