Provide site direction for Terex Utilities business in Huron, SD, consisting of approximately 200 employees. -Lead team of production supervisors utilizing lean production techniques to drive targeted delivery of products. -Review and evaluate the performance of the team on a continuing basis and provide training opportunities to drive business goals. -Develop key quality standards based on customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery of superior components.

Direct multiple departments including part sales, warranty, service, and training consisting of 35+ employees. -Responsible for inventory of $12 million and monthly sales budget in excess of $2 million. -Work closely with domestic and international dealer network to promote and service Terex products. -Coordinated the merger of facilities in Iowa and Belgium to Oklahoma City while providing seamless support to customer base. -Provide training to support global dealer network; notably in China, Australia, South America, Mexico, Canada, and the United States. -Responsible for warranty administration and approval for all products manufactured in the Oklahoma City facility and distributed to dealer and end-users worldwide.
