My professional career has been spent creating and growing businesses by building engineering teams and leading them to execute. I co-founded Infinium Capital Management and built our technology and engineering operation into a 100 person team with an $80M annual technology and infrastructure budget as we became one of the prominent high frequency trading operations in Chicago. I joined Gloo in 2013 as CTO to provide strategic technology leadership and to help build and grow our engineering organization. At Gloo, we have built and scaled up a talented team with skillsets including web, mobile, data, and AI. Any success I've had in my career stems from the (sometimes rare) blend of mixing engineering acumen with people skills.
