This was the corporate recovery and insolvency arm of Kingston Smith. Again I was recruited to assist with the development of the practice and was involved in marketing and trying to broaden the referral base.

Head-hunted to assist in the rejuventation of the corporate recovery and insolvency department. Mid-range firm offering services to Barclays, Lloyds TSB, Allied Irish Banks and a range of solicitors and accountants. The main practice, Casson Beckman was taken over by Baker Tilly and the insolvency arm was bought out by certain of its partners.

Involved almost exclusively in corporate insolvency and investigations.
