I create the Safe Working Procedures for preventative and corrective maintenance tasks on site, Link them to ellipse, create the standard job that holds the information about the job and the linked SWP. I also add the material, equipment and labour resources to the standard job. I create the MST which generates the work order according to required schedule such as equipment hours, days, weeks, months etc. I control all mechanical equipment leaving site for repairs, arrange those repairs and make sure equipment is available as required.I have developed a strong supplier contact group and enjoy excellent interaction with those vendors. I raise the necessary purchase requisitions for those mechanical repairs and follow up when the quote is returned by raising the purchase order. I am constantly investigating alternative suppliers for both price and reliability. I also enjoy excellent interaction with all stakeholders on site. I have extensive site equipment knowledge and a great understanding of company policies, procedures and practices. I constantly review, update and change the APL’s and stock items. I create new ANSI as required to add to stock items. I also control and maintain the SWP document register and update the content every 3 months. Show less
