• Responsible for developing the annual sales forecast by estimating total vehicle sales, gross and operating profits, and expenses for the new and used sales departments.• Accountable for profitability, customer retention, and customer satisfaction in new and used vehicle departments.• Manage vehicle inventory for dealership to ensure appropriate balance between supply and demand• Partner with General Manager to develop both short and long-term strategic advertising plans, sales and lease promotions, and staff compensation plans
