In addition, I lead our AVP team, helping them identify new potential partners and develop mutually beneficial relationships. I report to the Senior Vice President of Business Development.My responsibilities also include managing communications to partner firms and driving internal promotions to help increase participation in The College’s designation, degree, and non-credit educational programs. I typically consult with learning and development professionals and sales leaders in financial services firms to uncover their educational needs. We then collaborate to design a learning path that prepares their representatives to provide the most current and knowledgeable guidance to their clients. I provided strategic consulting to financial services organizations, aligning their company-specific learning and development programs with strategic goals. Areas of focus included strategy and planning, practice management, leadership development, product knowledge and sales skills training. Programs were designed to leverage a blended learning approach, including traditional classroom instruction, as well as webinars and e-learning solutions.
