Sr. System Support EngineerI have worked in the computer industry for 34 years. Most recently as a Sr. System Support Engineer in a SaaS "Cloud" VM environment hosted in Atlanta, Ga. after moving the datacenter from Salt Lake City. I was part of a team of two Citrix System Administrators for a Farm of 1650 total licenses and 21 Citrix servers in a VM environment. We had a concurrent connection load of about 1550 on any given day, my partner and I were the principle Customer Support contact for most all of the Citrix related issues, as well as Horizon application related problems. I have supported numerous computer systems & firewalls. I have excellent trouble shooting and customer support skills, as well as a keen ability to quickly find effective solutions to problems.
