Part of the core team to develop and implement Best Practices guidelines.Developed field sales tool for IBM headquarters in Armonk which provided salesforce with data on every software and hardware vendor. At the time, this was ground-breaking due to the amount of data to be collected and disseminated. The program included establishing a data collection process and working with a technical team to develop a hypertext database for the salesforce to utilize.
