About Brian Keene

I am blessed to have worked for an outstanding company that has given me the opportunity to grow and to lead others to help our company achieve our overall goals. 2021 is my third year as General Manager / President of NAPA Seattle. The Pacific Northwest is a wonderful place and the region where I started with the company 29 years earlier. We are excited to be home! Previously over the last fifteen years from owning my own company within the NAPA family to also leading regions throughout the Western United States, including 5 years Alaska, 1 year New Mexico, 2 years in Colorado, 5 years in Arizona, 4 years in California, 3 years in Washington and South East Alaska, together with the teams we have created a positive environment that was a catalyst for change for a thriving culture for success and growth. In 2012, I was named the Western Division Sales Manager of the year. 2014 marked another sales quota year at 100.3% of sales responsibility for the Western Divison approaching $800 million in sales. 2017 was a sales quota year for NAPA Alaska with an amazing team of leaders. 2020 in the Seattle operation we were able to achieve our sales responsibility in the Distribution Center and profit responsibility for the combined operation.This was all part of an outstanding team with courageous leadership and execution. My experience in sales, marketing, and business management, mergers and acquisitions, P&L/balance sheet management, expense control, people development and strategic planning of companies has been refined over the years. The number one area that has been a key to my success is the development of people. This includes our employees, peers and customers. This is an area I have been blessed to help the most. When people change, mountains move.
