I am a Journeyman Electrician by trade, and have over 27 years combined experience in specialized lighting efficiency, solar energy, fire alarm systems, system controls, communications and electrical installations that complements the 19 years of project management. Within my management background my responsibilities while being a Senior Project Manager involved overseeing all ESCO & General Lightning efficiency installation projects. This consisted of reexamining designed scope, reviewing contracts, reassessing budget details, soliciting bids, awarding bids, executing contracts, assigning and managing site superintendents, management of scheduling, managing sub-contractors, and overall quality assurance of projects. In addition to the position above, my other management background includes being an Operations Manager. My responsibilities within this position involved the design build and maintenance for the Federal Government that consisted of design analysis, preventive maintenance, and commissioning of fire alarm systems. My extensive background working for the U.S. Government has also granted me HSPD-12 and GSA Homeland Security clearance.
