CurrentSince 1975, Mr. Keller has owned, operated and managed 48 manufactured home communities in Florida, 42 of which he sold in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s. He is a member of the Florida Manufactured Housing Association and the Florida RV Park Association through the parks managed by his company, Prime Income Properties, LLC (Prime).He was born and raised in southeastern Pennsylvania and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University (“Penn State”) in State College, Pennsylvania. From July, 2014 through the present, Mr. Keller has focused full time on Prime which he organized as a Founder, Managing Member and sole owner of said company. The business of this company is to acquire, own and operate communities of manufactured homes and RV parks throughout the state of Florida. Each property is acquired by a specific limited liability company. In October 2014, as a Partner, he acquired the Cortez Plaza Mobile Home Community in Bradenton, Florida. In June 2015 he acquired the Aspen Terrace Mobile Home Park in Daytona Beach. In November 2015, he acquired the Cypress Cove mobile home community in Lakeland. In March 2016, Zachary Taylor RV Resort was acquired, in May 2016, Eagle Harbor Mobile Home and RV Park, and in June 2017, The Harbor Waterfront Resort.
