Overseeing a team of 4 locally in The Edinburgh branch and providing support and driving profitability in branches in Edinburgh, Perth and Aberdeen. As part of a dealer group with a broad spread of manufacturer approvals I assessed and became the group product expert on sales, warranty and retail/specialist requests for Rolls Royce, Aston Martin and Lotus paint and bodywork operations. Work alongside the site manager around budgeting and new work supply and became the group representative for the global franchise that we entered into.

Bodyshop VDA for 6 years, ATA accredited throughout including a first time pass prior to the test changing (3 assessments in 1 day, no prior training - national fail rate at the time of 95%). Audatex accrediting yearly with a distinction pass on every occasion (100% achieved twice). Worked with a broad range of work providers including all of the large insurance brands across multiple platforms with differing KPI’s and initiatives. Multi technology training from vehicle construction and materials (boron/HSS/UHSS/composites) to IT and dealer software (Ford Etis, Volvo VIDA etc).

City and Guilds time served with a student of the year award and an excellent record of quality and achievement.
