Over 18 years experience serving in a variety of Imagery, Advanced Geospatial Intelligence, Training and Naval Radar Operations positions with increasing authority and responsibility while supporting the U.S. Military and U.S. Intelligence Community. Possess 12 years experience (combined U.S. Navy Active Duty and civilian employment) as an Imagery interpreter and GIS Analyst serving in direct support of Naval, Marine forces and national and tactical planning. Possess complete understanding of the applications of advanced IMINT interpretation methods in the development of MASINT products. Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in interpreting and manipulating National Technical Means (NTM), Commercial Satellite Imagery (CSI), Multi-Spectral Imagery (MSI) and signature characteristics of radar using Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) to produce and develop special imagery products and geospatial datasets. Possess over 6 years experience in the application of RADAR and associated electronic equipment to detect, display, characterize and report objects of interest to military commanders. Completely versed in processes and techniques used to perform radiometric and spatial enhancements of CSI and NTM imagery to include: use of ENVI to perform spectral analysis and ERDAS, Arc GIS to produce hardcopy and softcopy MSI products.
