I was the in-charge accountant of audit engagements for privately-held clients and small publicly-traded clients including start-ups. The industries I serviced included real estate, hospitality, union and employee benefit plans, paraprofessional services, manufacturing and distribution clients, telecommunications, and healthcare. I also reviewed SEC filings including 10-K's and 10-Q's.

I was part of a small team of accountants and CPA's that prepared and reviewed corporate, partnership and individual tax returns, quarterly and annual payroll tax returns, and sales tax returns. I also prepared monthly, quarterly and annual reports for client management and owners, which included reconciling bank and loan accounts and preparing trial balances and statements of income.
