My Martial Arts Instructor and mentor worked for many Celebrities over the years which inspired me to use my skill set to keep people safe working in the Executive Protection industry. Though I work Security in many roles Executive Protection is my main focus. I have been training in Martial Arts in some form most of my life. I bounced around as was child and was a great target for bullies. I wasn't the biggest kid but I was a great Wrestler. Size didn't matter when it was one on one and I could take my opponents to the ground and control them. The problem with this scenario is that in the street that rarely happens, it's multiple attackers and you have to worry about them being armed. This is why I began to learn other ways to protect myself. I trained in Boxing, Karate and Shootfighting. I loved all these Arts but my true love is Running Fist Kung Fu an eclectic style of Kung Fu. I began training in Running Fist under Sifu Robert Barravecchio in 2003 after witnessing him performing a Kata. After a few years he would introduce us to the man that trained him Josi James Robinson. Josi the founder of Running Fist Kung Fu. This opened my eyes to what eclectic training and styles truly meant. Josi dedicated his life to Martial Arts having trained in 5 Animal Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan, Judo, Shotokan and Wing Chung to name a few. In Running Fist we cut the fat from these other Arts taking only what we needed from them, simply because what works best for one person doesn't work the same for another. We train through series of combinations and combination striking so naturally you'll know where to strike next after your first strike lands. Engaging an opponent hand trapping is one of the most effective ways to initiate and implement your attack against a trained opponent, speed is against the untrained. What we teach our students is how to survive out in this world. We teach students situational awareness keeping yourself out of harms way by making smart choices when navigating through life. Now life happens you're in a situation that you can't walk away from this is where our training kicks in. Strike First Strike Hard and Continue To Strike until your threat is subdued!

I was the Security Manager at MoJeauxs in Fort Collins Colorado for 4 years. I made sure all of my team is vetted and I run a CBI and full background check on them prior to their employment. Upon being hired I instruct them all vigorously in acceptable tactical measures for dealing with any issues that may arise. Within a few weeks of my policies being implemented we had a new reputation for being one the safest Bar/Clubs and in Northern Colorado. In my time there I could count the amount of altercations on one hand after a total security overhaul. This was very far from how it used to be there under the previous security management. I always maintain great relationships with local law enforcement agencies especially with my zero tolerance policies. The owner was extremely hands on and open to my ideas which created an extremely efficient team.

My responsibilities included money management, development of 401k Roth and Traditional Ira's, training of junior associates, assisting in developing assets for my branches, and increasing productivity in branch P&L.
